1. Commitment to Privacy

RemoteControl Software ("We", "Us", "Developer: Sergey Tugolukov") is committed to protecting your personal privacy. RemoteControl is built on the philosophy of privacy-first architecture: we do not collect, monitor, record, or store your screen content, audio streams, keystrokes, or remote desktop session data.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver software licenses and provide technical support:

• Order & Contact Information: Your email address and transaction identifier provided during purchase for automated cryptographic license key delivery and invoice generation.
• Hardware Cryptographic Hash (HWID): An anonymized SHA-256 cryptographic hash of your Mac's hardware identifier (IOPlatformUUID) transmitted during online software activation to bind your license according to your purchased host limit (1 Mac for Personal, 3 Macs for Business). This hash contains no personal or identifiable user information.
• Server Log & Diagnostic Data: IP addresses and standard HTTP User-Agent headers logged temporarily for connection routing, DDoS mitigation, and firewall security.

3. How Remote Desktop Traffic is Protected

All remote desktop media streams, screen video frames, mouse movements, and keyboard input transmitted between the Client and Server are protected with End-to-End TLS 1.3 / AES-256-GCM encryption. When routing through our cloud relay, the relay server acts as an encrypted packet forwarder and cannot decrypt, inspect, or intercept the contents of your session.

4. Third-Party Payment Processors

We do not store or process your financial payment data (such as full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials). All payment transactions are handled through certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Lava.top, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy).

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data associated with your license purchases.
• Request modification or deletion of your customer record and license history.
• Opt-out of any marketing or technical notification emails at any time.
